In the past few weeks, Polygon Homes has begun promoting its much anticipated development on Nelson Street in Mission's Silverdale Neighbourhood. They've named the project Archer Green and have launched a project marketing website at the following link.

The entire site consists of nearly 40 acres. At completion the development will feature 160 townhomes and 66 single family homes, with almost 20 acres dedicated as a protected forested area. Archer Green represents the first major development in Mission's 3,440 acre Silverdale Community that will one day be home to over 40,000 residents.

Thus far, it's unclear whether the entire project will be marketed under the Archer Green name or whether it is simply the 160 townhomes being constructed on the bottom half of the development.
