As you or may not know, the Draft Land Use Concepts that were scheduled to be released at the District's February 16th Council Meeting was postponed. With that said, EKISTICS, the lead Neighborhood Plan consultant is holding virtual meetings for the residents of Silverdale's Central neighbourhood next week. EKISTICS will share their work and will allow for a question period for residents to pose their questions with respect to the Neighbourhood Plan.
Residents are required to register for access and can choose one of two meetings below. EKISTICS has asked that residents only attend one of two meetings to better manage attendance and allow enough time for discussion.
- MEETING 1 | Wednesday, March 10th | 6 - 8 pm
- MEETING 2 | Friday, March 12th | 3 - 5 pm
Archer Green Update:
Polygon's Archer Green is progressing very quickly. The retaining walls fronting Nelson are currently being constructed (photo 1). House wrapping and roofing is underway in several of the townhouse rows (photo 2-4). Land clearing has just been completed for the single family portion of development north of Mackie Creek (photos 5-6)
