The Silverdale Comprehensive Planning Area, also known as the SCPA is a 3,440 acre area designated for future urban growth in Mission’s Official Community Plan. After decades in limbo, Silverdale is finally ready for development with a projected 40,000 residents at build out.
Land use planning was completed in August 2022 for the Central Neighbourhood Plan. As the City of Mission undertakes updates to the DCC bylaws (Development Cost charges) over the coming months, we can expect development applications from several developers to be presented over the coming months in the Central Neighbourhood. Nault Group, a development land focused real estate company, has put together this website as a resource for land owners, potential buyers and developers to showcase all that the area has to offer.
